Current Operations
Teren-Sai deposit
The Sekisovskoye deposit is AltynGold’s flagship producing asset and the cornerstone of its operations in Kazakhstan.
Located in Eastern Kazakhstan, near Ust-Kamenogorsk, Sekisovskoye is an established underground mining operation supported by a fully operational processing plant with a capacity of 1Mtpa.
Following the successful expansion and ramp-up of operations, the Company delivered gold production of 53.8K ounces in 2025, exceeding its annual target and demonstrating consistent operational performance at scale.
The asset provides a strong foundation for further growth, with studies underway to expand processing capacity to 2Mtpa, supporting the Company’s ambition to exceed 100K ounces of annual production in the medium term.

Targeted ore production
The Sekisovskoye deposit has a long operational history, first discovered in 1833, with intermittent mining activities throughout the 19th and 20th centuries. Modern exploration and development accelerated from the late 20th century, with further work undertaken following the acquisition by Hambledon Mining (now AltynGold Plc).
Mining operations recommenced in 2008, with subsequent investment focused on underground development, infrastructure upgrades, and processing capacity expansion.
Today, the mining licence is held by DTOO GRP Baurgold, a wholly owned subsidiary of AltynGold, while processing operations are conducted through GMK Altyn MM LLP.

Teren-Sai is a highly prospective development project located in Eastern Kazakhstan, in close proximity to AltynGold’s flagship Sekisovskoye mine, with an area of 200 km2.
The project represents a key component of the Company’s medium-term growth strategy, with the potential to expand production beyond the current Sekisovskoye operation.

Priority development areas identified (plots 2, 4 and 5)
Teren-Sai is currently at an advanced exploration and evaluation stage, with work focused on progressing the project toward full production status.
During 2025, the Company completed approximately 9,700 metres of core drilling, alongside sampling and topographical studies, supporting ongoing resource definition and mine planning.
Three principal target areas have been identified within the licence area. Initial evaluation indicates that plot 5 hosts gold mineralisation with grades comparable to Sekisovskoye, while plots 2 and 4 contain mixed gold and copper resources.
The Company is currently progressing the application for a full production licence, with approval anticipated in late 2026. Upon receipt, detailed mine design and site preparation activities will commence.
In the early stages of development, ore from Teren-Sai may be processed at the Sekisovskoye plant, leveraging existing infrastructure and reducing initial capital requirements.
